Welcome Home.
I hope this space brings you a sense of belonging.

For much of my life, I’ve been a voyager, exploring the “who, what, and why” of existence. My journey has taken me across the physical, the spiritual, and the spaces in between. I see this path not as a quest for a destination but as a shared adventure—helping each other rediscover what it means to feel at home, within ourselves and the world.
Nearly two decades ago, my journey began with a simple desire: to truly know myself. It started in a small hometown yoga studio, where I discovered a profound connection between movement and self-awareness. Each pose, each moment of stillness peeled back layers, revealing deeper truths. That experience inspired me to become a certified yoga teacher in 2010, and since then, I’ve completed over 1,000 hours of training, continually deepening my understanding of yoga’s transformative power.

Yet, yoga was only the beginning.
I spent years grappling with chronic health challenges, seeking solutions across countless modalities with little success. Then, Ayurveda entered my life through my yoga practice. Its wisdom resonated deeply—offering more than a set of practices, but a way of living rooted in balance and harmony. Ayurveda, meaning "the science of life" (Ayur = life, Veda = knowledge), became my guide, reminding me that life itself is the journey, and we are all perpetual students along the way.

Every client, every class, every teacher, and every experience has added to the collective well of wisdom I draw from. This accumulation of knowledge shapes how I guide others on their unique paths.
Nature, however, has been my most profound teacher. By listening to her rhythms and wisdom, my family and I have cultivated a life of abundance, health, and harmony. For over two decades, my partner and I have devoted ourselves to farming, foraging, creating, and nurturing the land. Together, we’ve blended biodynamics, permaculture, and animal husbandry to create a sustainable, thriving way of life—our “green island.”

Now, our dream is to share this way of life with others by creating a program that integrates our skills into a holistic approach to green island farming.

If you’ve found yourself here, trust that it is not by chance. Whether you’re a seeker, a traveler, or ready to begin your own voyage, I am here to help you navigate the path—wherever it may lead.
Welcome home.

Vision
Finding balance in life is a delicate art—it calls for self-reflection, the courage to seek support, and the wisdom to make use of the tools we have.
My wife, Brit, and I are deeply committed to living in harmony with the natural world, striving to reflect its balance within ourselves.
Nature is the greatest teacher; our role is simply to observe, listen, and learn.
